Why BACWATER?
Purity that makes the difference
The quality of the water directly affects the quality of your work. BACWATER gives a clean, preserved base: the benzyl alcohol inhibits microbial growth, so a vial can be entered again and again for up to 28 days after first use.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
What is the difference between bacteriostatic water and sterile water?
Sterile water has no preservative: once the stopper is entered, it is a single-use container. Bacteriostatic water carries 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits microbial growth and is what lets a vial be entered more than once. The two are not interchangeable.
Should I order 3 mL or 10 mL?
10 mL for most workflows: about half the cost per millilitre. 3 mL for short runs, small working volumes, or to top up a mixed order to the next price tier.
How long is a vial good for once opened?
The published window for a preserved multi-dose container is 28 days from first entry, stored as directed. That window comes from the preservative, not from any particular brand.
Why do you only sell by the case?
Shipping and handling are most of the cost of a one-vial order. Selling by the case of 10 takes that cost out instead of hiding it, which is why the price per vial is lower. Both sizes count together towards the price tiers.
Where does it ship from, and how fast?
From Miami, FL. Orders confirmed before the daily cutoff on a business day go out the same day. US transit is typically 2 to 5 business days, tracked. Shipping is included in every price.
How do I order and pay?
Add your cases to the cart and send the order by WhatsApp or e-mail. We reply with the invoice; payment is by ACH or wire transfer. No payment is taken on this website.
Can I return a case?
Unopened cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; write to us first for a return authorization. Opened cases cannot be returned, because a sterile product that has been opened cannot be verified. Transit damage is replaced if reported within 48 hours with photos.
